BBQ Pulled Chicken Instant Pot Summer Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns for serving
Instructions:
1. Place chopped onion and minced garlic in the Instant Pot.
2. Rub chicken breasts with brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Place them in the Instant Pot.
3. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, chicken broth, and apple cider vinegar. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
4. Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
5. Allow natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release. Shred the chicken using two forks.
6. Serve on hamburger buns with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
