Instant Pot Garlic Butter Scallops Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb scallops, patted dry
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
2. Add scallops to the pot and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side.
3. Pour in white wine and stir gently.
4. Close the lid, set to high pressure for approximately 1 minute.
5. Quick release pressure. Make sure food is fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
