Grilled Portobello Mushroom Burgers
Ingredients:
- 4 Portobello mushroom caps
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Cheese slices, lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments for toppings
Instructions:
Brush Portobello mushroom caps with a mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill the mushrooms for about 4-5 minutes per side or until tender. Serve on burger buns with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and your favorite condiments.
