Beef Brisket Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs beef brisket
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Place sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Rub beef brisket with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Place in the slow cooker on top of the onions.
3. In a bowl, mix beef broth, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Pour over the brisket.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until beef is tender and pulls apart easily.
5. Slice or shred brisket and serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
