Mild Green Apple and Mint Smoothie Recipe 🍏
Ingredients:
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
- Small amount of baby spinach ( to taste )
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions:
1. Combine green apple, mint leaves, baby spinach, lime juice, and coconut water in a blender.
