Beef Stroganoff Slow Cooker Recipe


Ingredients:

- 2 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced

- 1 onion, sliced

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

- 2 cups beef broth

- 1 cup sour cream

- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions:

1. In a slow cooker, combine beef sirloin, sliced onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms.

2. In a bowl, mix beef broth, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef mixture.

3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender.

4. Stir well before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot over egg noodles or rice.
