Teriyaki Chicken Instant Pot Summer Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
2. Place chicken thighs in the Instant Pot. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
3. Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
4. Allow natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release. Remove chicken and slice.
5. Serve chicken over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
