Mild Spinach and Apple Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- Small amount of baby spinach
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine baby spinach, green apple, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add honey if desired for extra sweetness.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
