Beef Chili Instant Pot Winter Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Sauté ground beef until browned.
2. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Sauté until vegetables are softened.
3. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
4. Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
5. Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release. Adjust seasoning if needed.
6. Serve hot, garnished with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
