Refreshing Green Grapes and Pears Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 ripe pear, cored and chopped
- Small amount of baby spinach
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
Instructions:
1. Combine green grapes, pear, baby spinach, Greek yogurt, and water in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy the mild, fruity taste.
* Adding avocado or bananas can make it thicker.
