Crockpot Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe 


Ingredients:

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 4 tbsp butter

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

- 1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions:

1. In a small skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

2. Place shrimp in a slow cooker. Pour garlic butter mixture and white wine over the shrimp.

3. Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

4. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
