Instant Pot Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
2. Add shrimp to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
3. Pour in chicken broth (or white wine) and lemon juice. Stir well.
4. Close the lid, set to high pressure for 1 minute.
5. Quick release pressure. Make sure food is fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
