Beef Stew Slow Cooker Recipe


Ingredients:

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into cubes

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved

- 1 cup carrots, sliced

- 1 cup celery, chopped

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 cups beef broth

- 2 tbsp tomato paste

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tsp dried rosemary

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. In a slow cooker, combine beef chuck roast, chopped onion, halved baby potatoes, sliced carrots, chopped celery, and minced garlic.

2. In a bowl, mix beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef and vegetables.

3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until beef is tender and flavors have melded.

4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
