Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Instant Pot Summer Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add melted butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
2. Add shrimp to the pot. Pour in lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth.
3. Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 1 minute.
4. Quick release pressure. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
