Crockpot Seafood Chowder Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or halibut), cubed
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups seafood broth or fish stock
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a crockpot, combine fish fillets, shrimp, potatoes, onion, garlic, and corn.
2. Pour seafood broth (or fish stock) over the ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until fish is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
4. Stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
