Crockpot Crab and Corn Chowder Recipe 


Ingredients:

- 1 lb lump crab meat

- 1 onion, diced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups frozen corn kernels

- 4 cups seafood broth or chicken broth

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 tbsp flour

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh chives for garnish


Instructions:

1. In a crockpot, combine onion, garlic, corn kernels, seafood broth (or chicken broth), and flour.

2. Stir until flour is dissolved. Add lump crab meat.

3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until flavors are blended.

4. Stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
